• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3089 <br /> AN ORDINANCE submitting to the qualified electors of <br /> Everett, a oroposition granting to the City Council of Everett the <br /> authority to sell a part or all of the property known :s the <br /> "Silver -`ake rare, " at a s pecial municipal electionto be held on <br /> the First l'uesday following the First Mond in November, 1946, and <br /> requesting the Election Board of Snohomish County, Washington, to <br /> call said election at said time for said purposes. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett desires to submit <br /> to the qualified electors of Everett a proposition granting to the <br /> City Council of Everett the authority to sell a part or all of the <br /> Silver Lake dark, legally described as follows: <br /> Lot rive (5) of Section Nineteen (19) , township Twenty- <br /> ei jit (28) North, Range Five (5) East V .M. ; less two <br /> acres thereof heretofore sold and no': occupied by the <br /> Pacific Northwest Traction Company, the remainder con- <br /> taining approximately 33.81 acres, excepting therefrom <br /> however, the following described tract of land, to-wit: <br /> A triangular shaped tract of land in the Northwest <br /> corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW,) of Southeast 'quarter <br /> (SEt) otherwise mown as Lot 5, in Section 19, 'township <br /> 28 North, nange 5 E. W. M. more particularly described <br /> as follows: <br /> All portions of said Southwest Quarter of Southeast <br /> 'quarter of Section 19, which lies North and West of a line <br /> drawn from a point on its north line 400 feet East from the <br /> Northwest corner to a point on the West line 400 feet S-:uth of <br /> its Northwest corner, containing 1. 9 acres, more or less. <br /> Also, all shore lands in front of, adjacent to and abutting <br /> upon the following described uplands; in front of Lot 5, Section <br /> 19, Township 28 North, Range 5 E. W. M. with a frontage of <br /> 12.19 lineal chains, more or less. The same being the shore <br /> lands in front of said Government Lot 5 described in that cert$.in <br /> deed, dated June 24, 1913, recorded in Volume 152 of Leeds, <br /> Page 101, records of Snohomish County, Vashington, situate in <br /> Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ()HMI , : <br /> Section 1: That a proposition granting to the (%ity <br /> Council of Everett the authority to sell a part or all of the <br /> property known as the " Silver Lake dark" and legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> Lot Five (5) of Section Nineteen t19) , Township Twenty- <br /> eight (28) North, Range 5 East W.
