Additionally, the outlined <br /> roofing assembly mathematically will resist 60 psf. This is based on an average <br /> pullout of 290 lbs. <br /> Roof Elevation: Approximately 40-feet tall. <br /> Slope: The outlined roofing assembly is UL Class A listed (UL 790) <br /> with a maximum slope restriction of'A inch per foot. <br /> Membrane: 60-mil Gray Sure-Weld TPO induction welded to the TPO <br /> Rhinobond plates following Carlisle published specifications <br /> and details. <br /> Cover Board: '/2" SecurShield HD Plus attached to the roof deck with 10 <br /> Carlisle HP-X fasteners and Rhinobond plates per 4'x8' <br /> board. The perimeters and corners are to be enhanced with <br /> 12 fasteners and plates per board in a minimum 12-foot-wide <br /> perimeter area. <br /> Deck: 'A" OSB. <br /> The roofing assembly described herein, represents Carlisle's minimum warranty <br /> requirements. It is not intended to modify, negate or alter any requirements <br /> dictated by the specifier or mandated by the building code or the building owner's <br /> insurer. Carlisle's review and inspection are strictly for the purpose of issuing the <br /> Carlisle warranty. <br /> System enhanLements pertaining, but not limited, to membrane thickness, <br /> insulation type and thickness, flashing height, slope requirements and membrane <br /> terminations (beyond those required by Carlisle) are to be complied with when <br /> specified unless approved by the Architect / Consultant.
