July 27, 2022 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 12:34 p.m., <br /> July 27, 2022, Council Vice President Tuohy presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Fosse, Rhyne, Schwab, Vogeli, <br /> Zarlingo, and Tuohy were present. Mayor Franklin and President Stonecipher were <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Zarlingo led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Fosse acknowledged the original <br /> inhabitants of this place, the sduhubs people, and their successors, the Tulalip <br /> Tribes. <br /> The motion to approve the July 20, 2022, City Council meeting minutes failed due <br /> to lack of a quorum, with Council Members Rhyne, Vogeli and Tuohy abstaining <br /> from the vote. The minutes will be added to next week's agenda. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> The following individuals spoke about the staffing issues at Providence Hospital: <br /> • Heidi DeBauge <br /> • Emmalee Bodnar <br /> • Trevor Gjendem <br /> Joe Kunzler spoke about the Sound Transit 3 alignment. <br /> 1 <br />
