A person commits the offense of consumption or possession of liquor in a city park if he or <br /> she such person consumes or possesses liquor in a city park. <br /> B. The prohibitions of subsection A of this section include possession of unopened liquor <br /> packages. <br /> C. The prohibitions of subsection A of this section shall not apply under circumstances where <br /> the person consuming or possessing liquor in a park does so under circumstances that are <br /> otherwise allowed by provision of the Everett Municipal Code.
