Building in Co <br /> October 6, 2021 <br /> Response to Drew Martins letter regarding needs for Permit# B2109-027 <br /> Review Comments: <br /> 1. We have hired an architect and engineer to do plans and calculations. <br /> 2. Poor quality drawings were submitted and as stated above we have hired an architect and <br /> engineer who has a copy of your requirements for plans, elevations, existing and new details. <br /> 3. Architect and engineer have and understand the listed codes and will use as a guideline for <br /> actual drawings. <br /> 4. Architect and engineer will include the front entry on the plans. <br /> 5. We have stopped any work on the project. No one has been on this project for the last 4 <br /> weeks. We will not restart until we have the valid building permit. <br /> 6. We have hired a licensed architect and engineer who will do the plans as specified, including <br /> items such as structural modifications. <br /> 7. The smoke and CO alarm locations will be on the plan.
