Plans have been brought up to the City of Everett requirements by a licensed structural <br /> engineer. <br /> 2. Project-specific construction drawings that clearly delineate between existing and new work <br /> with sufficient information to construct that work. <br /> 3. The structural engineer addressed all ask for codes. <br /> 4. The additional work (entry stairs) has been addressed and put on the plans with proper <br /> measurements and required codes. <br /> 5. Complied. <br /> 6. The professional and licensed engineer has put all pertinent information and codes on the <br /> plans. <br /> 7. Smoke/CO alarms are shown on the plans. There are four of them. One in each of the 2 <br /> bedrooms. One in the hall in front of bedrooms. One by the gas fireplace. All will be <br /> hardwired, interconnected, and provided with back-up battery power. <br /> The gas fireplace with a 120 gallon propane tank is shown on the plans.
