AN ORDINANCE amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2951 of the City of Everett, entitled as follows: "An Ordinance relating to the regulation of traffic on the public streets of the City of Everett; providing for the regulation and control of parking meters, establish- ing and defining parking meter zones , authorizing the method of payment for parking meters and the installation thereof exclusively from the receipts obtained from their I operation, requirin€, the deposit of coins in parking meters by the parking of cars adjacent thereto in parking meter zones; providing penalties for the violation of the provisions ofthis ordinance ; creating a "parking meter fund" , and declaring an emergency, " and declaring an emergency. THE CITTY OF EVRETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Section 2 of Ordinance Ivo. 2951 of the City of Lverett , as entitled above , be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 2: The following described streets of the City of 1,verett are hereby designated and established as parking meter zones.
