The responsive and responsible supplier with the lowest overall bid will be brought to Council for consideration and award. Project summary statement: The City of Everett received a Washington State Department of Ecology Stormwater grant to improve the water quality in the stormwater runoff at four different locations. The purpose of the grant is to improve the water quality in Port Gardner Bay through the installation of a Modular Wetlands Systems. The Modular Wetlands System replicates natural processes to remove a variety of pollutants from stormwater runoff, including fine total suspended solids, bacteria, oils, grease, heavy metals, and harmful nutrients like nitrates and phosphorus.
