The Health and Safety Rep should be capable of identifying hazards within <br /> ' the job site, take immediate actions to correct hazard and if needed, stop work until <br /> hazards have been corrected. <br /> B. The Contractor shall authorize the Health and Safety Representative to resolve safety- <br /> ' related issues raised by the Owner. <br /> C. The Health and Safety Representative is responsible to ensure that work is performed <br /> ' in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan. <br /> D. At the daily job briefing and/or tailgate conference, Contractor shall provide the Owner's <br /> representative in attendance at the meeting all relevant information on the Work to be <br /> performed, its location, and the equipment to be used. <br /> E. The Contractor is responsible to ensure that its workers and subcontractors have all <br /> safety equipment required for the Work. <br /> F.
