l <br /> City of Everett 00 11 13 - 1 <br /> Police Firing Range Bullet Trap Replacement <br /> ' SECTION 00 11 13 -ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> PART 1 -GENERAL <br /> ' Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the Police Firing Range Bullet Trap Replacement <br /> will be received the City Clerk's Office, Monday— Friday from 8:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m. at 2930 <br /> Wetmore Ave Everett, Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m. on June 14th, 2022. At the appointed <br /> time, all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud Via live streaming only. The link to watch <br /> the bid opening will be accessible from http://www.everettwa.gov/319/Purchasing. If you have <br /> any questions about logging into the live streaming bid opening, call (425) 257-8903. <br /> ' The Engineer's estimate for this Project is $390,000.00. <br /> Work being performed includes, but not limited to, lead remediation, replacement of the existing <br /> bullet trap, turning target system and the "running man" target system. <br /> A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. June 2nd, 2022 and at 10:00 a.m. June 3rd <br /> ' 2022 on site at 701 '/2 E. Mukilteo Blvd. Everett WA 98203. Any interested bidders may attend. <br /> Any questions and/or answers that may affect the bid will be included in an addendum to the bid <br /> documents and sent to all the planholders. <br /> ' Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders <br /> List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and <br /> clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "City of Everett". This online plan room <br /> provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, <br /> order full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take- <br /> off tool. It is recommended that Bidders "Register" in order to receive automatic e-mail <br /> notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the "Self-Registered Bidders <br /> List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to <br /> periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project. Contact Builders <br /> Exchange of Washington at (425) 258-1303 should you require assistance with access or <br /> registration. <br /> All bids must be made upon the City forms provided for this purpose and must be accompanied <br /> by a bid bond or certified check or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) <br /> of the total amount of the Bid, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. One hundred <br /> (100) percent payment and performance Bonds will be required of the successful Bidder to <br /> guarantee faithful performance of the contract. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or <br /> informalities. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof.
