The property is identified on the attached <br /> Exhibit "A" . <br /> This property, together with that owned by Mr. Cecil Stanley, <br /> abuts the City of Everett waterline to the north. They are also <br /> situated within 1 , 000 feet of an old county landfill. Since we <br /> have been advised against drilling a well this close to the old <br /> landfill site, we have requested water service from the City of <br /> Everett. To date, this request has been turned down and we have <br /> been advised to petition the council for service. <br /> I am planning to attend the council meeting the morning of the <br /> 24th.
