• • <br />////////ls understood that one owner shall be responsible for water <br /> billings to the Treasurer for the period that only one home <br /> exists on the three lots, that when two homes are situated on <br /> two lots, billing shall be divided equally between the two lots <br /> owners, and that when three homes are so located, the billing <br /> shall be divided into thirds. <br /> (6) It is acknowledged that these parties intend each to <br /> develop their lots such that one home may b build <br /> deoreni moved <br /> for <br /> onto each of the lots. Should a building permit <br /> reason of septic problems , or for other reasons , for any of the <br /> lots herein named, then in such event that lot that 'is denied a <br /> building permit by Snohomish County, that lot shall not be <br /> required to participate in this Water Association, nor shall <br /> that owner who is denied a building permit be required to <br /> contribute any funds to the Treasurers account. However, <br /> should that lot at some later date qualify for building permit, <br /> it shall then participate in the Association and pay his share <br /> of water costs. Notwithstanding this provision, all three lots <br /> owners shall contribute equally to the cost of labor and <br /> materials payable to the City of Everett for installation of <br /> master water meter. <br /> (7) The parties will grant easements as are required to each <br /> of the other lot owners for purpose of allowing access for <br /> water line location to the location of the City of Everett <br /> Master Water meter. Each lot owner shall pay for the cost of <br /> installation of his water line to his home site and for cost <br /> for hookup to the City Master Meter if a separate cost is <br /> assessed by the City. Any disruption of the surface of the <br /> easements brought about or due to maintenance, construction or <br /> reconstruction of water line, shall be promptly restored to its <br /> general prexisting condition. <br /> (8) If additional water service is requested by any property <br /> near or adjoining these three lots, by other property owners , <br /> the Board of Directors must unanimously agree to such extension <br /> of water service and upon the terms and conditions that such <br /> extension will be permitted. <br /> (9) These parties may from time to time adopt bylaws of the <br /> Water Association for purposes of governing the water system, <br /> by majority vote of the owners. As well, should it be deemed <br /> necessary, a non-profit corporation may be formed for purposes <br /> of holding title and governing the Water Association. Meetings <br /> of the Lot Owners, may be called, by owners of two lots , upon 7 <br /> day's written notice of the other owner, and emergency meetings <br /> may be called, upon 24 hours notice, by one of the lot owners. <br /> A quorum for meetings shall be two lot owners. <br /> (10) This agreement shall be deemed covenants running to and <br /> ( \\ <br />
