The North Snohomish County Coordinated Water <br /> System Plan (CWSP) states that areas with a Comprehensive Land Use Designation of <br /> Rural (1 dwelling unit/2.3 to 10 acres) are exempt from Fire Flows. The Snohomish/Lake <br /> Stevens Area Comprehensive Land Use Designation for parcels 362906-1-008-0009, <br /> 362906-1-011-0004 and 362906-1-00-0003 is R-5 (Rural 5 acres).
