(WRI) performed a site investigation on December 27, 2017 of the property <br /> located directly east of 11611 Airport Road in the city of Everett, WA, tax parcel number <br /> 00537900005301. The site is further located within a portion of Section 23, Township 28N, <br /> Range 4E, W.M. The property is <br /> composed of vegetated undeveloped land. Vegetation throughout the site is mostly disturbed, <br /> and is represented by forested and scrub-shrub vegetation in the western portion, and emergent <br /> vegetation with scattered trees in the eastern portion. The western portion of the site appears to <br /> host a transient population, as there is substantial debris and trash dispersed throughout the <br /> forested understory. <br /> WRI identified a non-fish perennial stream and one associated Category II wetland in the <br /> western portion of the site. These features are discussed further in this report.
