1
SECTION III: SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN W/ON-SITE
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT
1 The proposal is to construct a parking lot facility. The access to the site will
1 from the Sonrise Christian Center. Flow control requirements will be met by an
underground R tank(36.75-ft by 145.75-ft by 3.54-ft)which will be located within the
1 parking lot. The R tank will provide a total storage capacity of 18,006 CF. Water quality
for the site will be provided by a bioretention upstream of detention. The outlet from the R
1 tank will be connected to the wetland on the western portion of the site.
1 Per Minimum Requirement#5 (Section 2.5.5 of the SWMMWW), the following
BMP's shall be applied to the other hard surfaces: Full dispersion, Infiltration, Permeable
Pavement, Bioretention, and then Dispersion. Full Dispersion is infeasible because the
required native vegetation preservation could not be achieved. For infiltration, as per the
1 Geotech report, the groundwater was encountered at a depth of 2'-3' and that the required
vertical separation for such facilities could not be achieved. Permeable pavement and
bioretention are not feasible because required vertical separation for such facilities could
not be achieved. Basic Dispersion is not feasible because the required vegetated flow path
could not be met. Post-Construction Soil Quality and Depth BMP T.5.13 is proposed to
provide onsite stormwater management for the pervious areas of the site.
1
1
i
1
1
1
Insight Engineering Co. -Stormwater Site Plan 12/20/2018
- 12-
1
