One PSL dimension is missing. • Clarify if the balcony will be recessed, or if not how water intrusion will be prevented. • The cantilever ends will penetrate the exterior wall weather barrier; protection for the beam end and wall penetration should be detailed. • Clarify the sheathing for the balcony surface and if secondary joists or a rim joist are required. • The PSL should be adequate to resist loads from the guard.
