The site is <br /> sloped to the northwest, towards Hoyt Ave. <br /> Drainage patterns: <br /> Surface water runoff from the parking lot flows towards Hoyt, where it enters the <br /> combined sewer system via a catch basin at the intersection of Wall St. and Hoyt <br /> Ave. The roof drain from Imagine Childrens Museum also connects into the <br /> combined sewer system via a catch basin on Hoyt Ave. <br /> Existing Vegetation: <br /> There is one existing planter on site, totaling 50' of pervious surface. <br /> Critical Areas (wetlands, streams, high erosion risk, steep or difficult to stabilize slopes): <br /> None. <br /> List of known impairments for 303(d) listed or Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL)for the <br /> receiving waterbody: Benzo(a)anthracene, Benzo(b)fluoranthene, Benzo(k)fluoranthene, <br /> Chrysene, 2,3,7,8-TCDD (Dioxin), and Sediment Bioassay. <br /> Table 1 includes a list of suspected and/or known contaminants associated with the construction <br /> activity. <br />
