Total acreage: 0.328 ac Disturbed acreage: 0.327 ac Existing structures: 1 Landscape topography: The Existing Site consists of a paved parking lot (HMA) south of the Imagine Children's Museum, and a portion of the existing Imagine Childrens Museum structure. The site is sloped to the northwest, towards Hoyt Ave. Drainage patterns: Surface water runoff from the parking lot flows towards Hoyt, where it enters the combined sewer system via a catch basin at the intersection of Wall St. and Hoyt Ave. The roof drain from Imagine Childrens Museum also connects into the combined sewer system via a catch basin on Hoyt Ave. Existing Vegetation: There is one existing planter on site, totaling 50' of pervious surface. Critical Areas (wetlands, streams, high erosion risk, steep or difficult to stabilize slopes): None. List of known impairments for 303(d) listed or Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL)for the receiving waterbody: Benzo(a)anthracene, Benzo(b)fluoranthene, Benzo(k)fluoranthene, Chrysene, 2,3,7,8-TCDD (Dioxin), and Sediment Bioassay.
