This report summarizes the results of our 2007 subsurface
exploration performed for the Trinity Lutheran College project which included two borings
located within the proposed Imagine Children's Museum Building Addition footprint. Our
report offers recommendations for the design and development of the current project. Our
recommendations are based on review of a current Site Plan, Sheet A1.1, by 2812 Architecture,
dated March 4, 2019. This report has been revised to reflect changes to recommended
foundation bearing pressures required for proposed building loading conditions.
We have enjoyed working with you on this study and are confident that the recommendations
presented in this report will aid in the successful completion of your project. If you should
have any questions, or if we can be of additional help to you, please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
ASSOCIATED EARTH SCIENCES, INC.
Kirkland, Washington
v ,_
Kurt D.
