For preparation of this report, we were provided with a preliminary site plan by 2012 Architecture, dated September 17, 2018, and a topographic survey by West Alliance Professional Land Surveyors, dated September 7, 2017. Our recommendations are preliminary in that project plans and construction methods were not available at the time this report was written. We should be allowed to review the recommendations presented in this report and modify them, if needed, once final project plans have been formulated.
