<br /> 1ZT ORDINLNCE repealing Section 53 of Ordinance No. 2513,
<br /> as amended by Ordinance No. 2997 , entitled as follows:
<br /> _An Ordinance relating to ,and providing for, - the
<br /> licensing and regulating of certain occupations,
<br /> businesses , 'vocations , trades, callings, amusements ,
<br /> places of, amusemerts , exhibitions, entertainments,
<br /> animals, motor vehicles, places and establishments ;
<br /> defining offenses, providing penalties , providing
<br /> for the revocation and suspension of licenses,
<br /> repealing Ordinances No. 2196, 853, 1301, 1503, 1583,
<br /> 1585, 1595, 1598, 1771 , 1851, 1932 , 1941, 1948, 1964,
<br /> 2087 , 2182, 2249, 2333, 2370 and 2038, and all other
<br /> ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith,
<br /> ancdeclaring an emergency.
<br /> TIE CITY OF EVEPETT DOES ORD1IN:
<br /> Section 1: That Section 53 of Ordinance No. 2513,
<br /> as amended by Ordinance No. 2997 , entitled as above set forth,
<br /> be , and the same is hereby repealed.
<br /> Section 2 : n emergency is declared to e±ist and
<br /> this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
