Permitted only on designated residential mixed -use corridor or TOD streets. The use must be located on the ground floor of a residential mixed -use development with no less than 50% of the gross floor area used for single-family or multifamily residential uses. 8 Social services permitted as an accessory use in permanent supportive housing facilities, transitional housing facilities, and shelters hosted by a religious organization pursuant to RCW 35.21.915.
