EXHIBIT A - EMC 19.04 DEFINITIONS <br />Existing <br />Proposed <br />experiencing homelessness consistent with RCW <br />36.70A.030(10). People may be granted admittance on <br />a nightly or extended stay basis. Indoor emergency <br />shelters may include day centers that do not provide <br />overnight accommodations.
