Mukilteo <br />Blvd., 1500 sf. This site includes a classroom or meeting space, restroom, kitchenette <br />with refrigerator, microwave, sink and storage. A successful non -licensed preschool has <br />been running out of this location for several years. The City would like to find a partner to <br />run their own preschool business out of this location which would result in the City <br />earning rent or profit sharing.
