Review requirements and timelines with City staff. <br />Task 205 - Geotech Assessment <br />Provide an opinion regarding requirements for restoring the aerated cell and Oxidation <br />Pond embankments for both conveyance options and an opinion on the structure and <br />conveyance conduit foundation requirements. <br />1. Review alternative concepts prepared under Task 203. <br />2 Review available geotechnical information related to the site and embankments. <br />3. Prepare an opinion of the requirements for restoring the embankments for both <br />conveyance options and opinion on the structure and conveyance conduit <br />foundation requirements <br />4. Provide a summary of the geotechnical work required during pre -design to <br />provide criteria for design of the project. <br />5. Prepare a summary of the geotechnical assessment and review with City staff. <br />Task 206 - Compare CS Bypass Conveyance Options <br />Using information from Tasks 201 through 205 compare the CS Conveyance Study <br />option with the Aerated CeII 2 option and identify a preferred option. <br />1. Prepare planning level project cost estimates to compare conveyance options on <br />an apples -to -apples basis: <br />a. CS Conveyance Study option plus separate later project to replace the <br />Aerated CeII 2 to Oxidation Pond pipes and wetland conveyance culverts <br />b. Aerated CeII 2 project that routes CS bypass flows to the recirculation <br />channel and replaces the Aerated CeII 2 to Oxidation Pond pipes and <br />wetland conveyance culverts. <br />2 Planning level opinion of project schedule to compare both options on an apples - <br />to -apples basis including permitting timelines. <br />3. Conduct a workshop with City staff to identify the preferred project to implement <br />focusing on the pros and cons of each option. <br />Task 207 — Alternatives Comparison Report <br />Prepare a report documenting the work performed under Task 200. <br />1. Provide an overall schedule for implementation of the preferred option. <br />2 Provide an updated opinion of project cost for the preferred option. <br />3.
