It's our <br /> understanding that these changes consist mainly of minor relocations <br /> of buildings and parking areas, relocation of utilities, increasing <br /> unit sizes (the number of bedrooms would not increase) , reducing the <br /> number of units, covering the swimming pool, increasing the driveway <br /> entrance to 29 feet in width, and changing the day care use to <br /> apartments. From our discussion, it's also our understanding that you <br /> have valid Building Permits. <br /> The changes proposed on the main portion of the site are minor and <br /> will be vested under the existing building permits, provided that you <br /> have obtained valid extensions of your permits. The Building <br /> Department will issue revisions to the existing permits, with the <br /> review fees based on hourly rates. <br /> The proposed apartment use on the lot previously approved for day care <br /> use under Special Property Use Permit #1-89 will not be vested under <br /> the old zoning code. In order to construct apartments on that site, <br /> you must submit a new SEPA checklist and comply with all zoning code <br /> requirements in effect at time of application. <br /> We have the following specific comments regarding the revised site <br /> plan submitted: <br /> 1. Fences within the front yard setback area (20 feet from the <br /> property line on Casino Road) cannot exceed 42 inches in height. <br /> 2.
