August 17, 2022 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> August 17, 2022, Council President Stonecipher presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin, and Council Members Fosse, <br /> Zarlingo, Vogeli, Tuohy, Rhyne, and President Stonecipher were present. Council <br /> Member Schwab was excused. <br /> Council Member Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Vogeli acknowledged the original <br /> inhabitants of this place, the sduhub people, and their successors, the Tulalip <br /> Tribes. <br /> The minutes of the August 10, 2022, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin reminded the public of the events occurring in the City for the <br /> upcoming weekend. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Council Executive Angela Ely stated Council received no written comment, and <br /> there was one (1) member of the public who wished to speak: <br /> • Jose Villalaz— Homeless Concerns <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Comments and liaison reports were provided by council members. <br /> 1 <br />
