August 24, 2022 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 12:30 p.m., <br /> August 24, 2022, by Vice President Tuohy. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Fosse, Zarlingo, Vogeli, Schwab, <br /> Tuohy, and Rhyne were present.
