I City of Everett 00 11 13 - 1 Water Filter Plant Emergency Generator Project WO# 3587 SECTION 00 11 13 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS S I Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the Water Filter Plant Emergency Generator Replacement Project will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 1st Floor Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21st, 2022. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and read aloud publicly via webcast only. The link for the webcast is located at https//www.everettwa.gov/319/Procurement. The engineer's estimate for this Project is $2,500,000, not including sales tax. I The City of Everett owns a Water Filter Plant located near Monroe, WA and is seeking a Contractor to replace the existing emergency generator system. Proposed work includes, but is not limited to, removal of two existing generators and associated appurtenances, partial demolition and reconstruction of buildings housing the generators, installation of ' two new generators, fuel tanks, fuel delivery systems, electrical infrastructure, and generator synching and control infrastructure, and generator system testing, commissioning, and utility synching coordination. The generators, fuel tank, and electrical synching and control equipment will be provided by the City of Everett. The Water Filter Plant is located at 6133 Lake Chaplain Road, Monroe, WA 98272. Pre-bid meetings are scheduled at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 7th, 2022 and at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 9th, 2022 on site at 6133 Lake Chaplain Road, Monroe, WA 98272. Attendance to one pre-bid meeting is mandatory. A Bid received from a Bidder who did not attend one pre-bid meeting and sign the sign-in sheet will be found not responsible and the bid will be rejected. Any questions and/or answers that may affect the bid will be included in an addendum to the bid documents and sent to all the plan holders. Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "City of Everett".
