KING COUNTY REGIONAL AGREEMENT <br /> King County intends to explore coordination with its cities and towns to facilitate a Regional <br /> Agreement for Opioid Fund allocation. Should some cities and towns choose not to participate in <br /> a Regional Agreement, this shall not preclude coordinated allocation for programs and services <br /> between the County and those cities and towns who elect to pursue a Regional Agreement. As <br /> contemplated in C.5 of the MOU, any Regional Agreement shall comply with the terms of the <br /> MOU and any Settlement. If no Regional Agreement is achieved, the default methodology for <br /> allocation in C.4 of the MOU shall apply. <br />
