EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF WORK Architectural and Engineering services associated with the renovation and improvements to the Clark Park Gazebo located at 2400 Lombard Avenue,Everett,WA 98201.Services for this project include preparation of construction documents,permit coordination,cost estimating,bidding and construction administration.The scope of services and fees listed below outline the work necessary to complete plans,assist with permitting and bidding,and follow u. . through with construction administration as requested. ARCHITECTURAL. -Meet with owner representative to discuss and modify design drawings as necessary based'on outcome of meeting, -Develop design drawings for review and approval. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS: • -Refine the existing drawings as required to permit the project and bid to multiple general contractors. -Develop drawings as required to put project out to bid. -Drawings will include architectural information including plans,elevations and details as necessary to convey the scope of work and product selections to bidding contractors. -Provide product specifications. -Provide specifications. -Provide construction cost estimates at 90%drawings. BIDDING: -Assist with contractor questions. -Perform a walk through of the building with the bidding contractors. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION: -Provide owner with construction support as required to reroof and repairs to structure. -Answer RFIs and other questions during the construction process. -Prepare punchlist associated with the work when construction has been substantially completed. -It is presumed that the city project manager will handle day-to-day construction administration activitites. STRUCTURAL.ENGINEERING The services of a structural engineer may be necessary for redesign of the gazebo,columns,railings,shutters,doors, and the foundation associated with this project.
