If this valuation is accurate to the current scope of work, we would <br /> need to process/approve the site work/frontage improvements concurrently before we could approve the TI permit for <br /> issuance. <br /> That said,we have noticed with some permits, applicants including ancillary equipment, materials, etc. in the project <br /> valuation that may not actually need to be incorporated into the permit valuation. Items like paint, carpeting, x-ray <br /> machines,etc. would not need to be incorporated into the valuation for the permit. I would suggest reaching out to the <br /> Permit Technicians(cc'd)to provide a breakdown of the valuation to help determine what items (if any) may have been <br /> included that don't need to be. If the valuation of the current project scope is inaccurate and is reduced below 35%of <br /> the assessed value, Planning will be able to formally sign off on the TI permit for issuance at this time and the other site <br /> work you've mentioned can still be processed separately. <br /> I have included some code resources below for reference.
