GENERAL INFORMATION Project Title: 100th St. SW Regional Stormwater Facility Study Total Cost: $226,000.00 Total Eligible Cost: $226,000.00 Ecology Share: $169,500.00 Recipient Share: $56,500.00 The Effective Date of this Agreement is: 07/01/2021 The Expiration Date of this Agreement is no later than: 06/30/2025 Project Type: Stormwater Facility Project Short Description: This project will ultimately improve water quality in Swamp Creek through the design of regional stormwater facilities along 100th Street SW in the City of Everett. This design will include enhanced treatment for stormwater pollutants and reduce flows to Swamp Creek through stormwater detention.Additional benefits of this project include incorporating water quality improvement into infrastructure projects and reducing stormwater mitigation costs to the City with regional facilities. Project Long Description: This project will leverage stormwater improvements for a road-widening project along 100th Street SW to create designs for regional stormwater facilities in the headwaters of Swamp Creek. 100th Street SW is an arterial roadway linking Evergreen Way(State Route 99)with Paine Field. The roadway lines up directly with the entrance to the new regional Paine Field Airport and serves as a critical link to the region's manufacturing facilities including Boeing.
