DocuSign Envelope ID:478DAF06-A27F-4277-9842-A0AA8B37CB3D State of Washington Department of Ecology Page 12 of 43 Agreement No: WQC-2022-EverPW-00084 Project Title: 100th St.SW Regional Stormwater Facility Study Recipient Name: City of Everett SCOPE OF WORK Task Number: 3 Task Cost: $67,840.00 Task Title: Data Collection Task Description: Prior to initiating design the RECIPIENT will collect relevant information on potential stormwater facility sites and existing drainage infrastructure. A. The RECIPIENT will prepare a Topographic Survey of identified stormwater facility sites. The survey shall be prepared by a registered professional land surveyor in accordance with industry standards.The survey shall include establishment of property boundaries where applicable. The RECIPIENT shall submit a copy of the completed survey to ECOLOGY as documentation of task completion. B. The RECIPIENT will conduct a review of potential tributary areas and general drainage patterns including in the field verification of stormwater flow. The RECIPIENT shall prepare a drainage basin map for each potential stormwater facility site. The drainage basin maps shall be submitted to ECOLOGY. C. The RECIPIENT will conduct an assessment of properties identified as potential stormwater facility locations. The assessment will include contacting property owners,to determine willingness to sell, an estimate of potential purchase prices, and a review of commitments and obligations associated with the property which might affect the use of the site for a stormwater facility. Obtain a signed right of entry/Landowner Acknowledge Form for on-site investigations such as topographic survey,wetland assessment and geotechnical exploration. The RECIPIENT shall prepare a brief memorandum summarizing these efforts and findings for submittal to ECOLOGY and upload the Landowner Acknowledgement Form. Task Goal Statement: Data collected will serve as a basis for preliminary design and generation of stormwater alternatives. Task Expected Outcome: The project will meet the requirements industry standards as well as all other applicable federal, state,and local laws, and regulations. Template Version 12/10/2020
