If the licensee fails to obtain such judicial review within fifteen days <br />following the effective date of the hearing examiner’s decision, the city attorney may invoke the <br />aid of the appropriate court to secure enforcement and compliance with the hearing examiner’s <br />decision. <br />Section 8. Everett Municipal Code Section 8.08.040(C) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />In lieu of the enforcement provisions set forth in subsections A and B of this section, the city is <br />authorized to use the enforcement procedure set forth in Everett Municipal Code Chapter 1.20. <br />Section 9. Everett Municipal Code Chapter 8.20 is hereby amended to establish a new section 8.20.025 <br />titled “Enforcement”: <br />The enforcement procedure for this chapter shall be the enforcement procedure established in Everett <br />Municipal Code Chapter 1.20. <br /> <br />Section 10. Everett Municipal Code Section 8.22.040 is hereby repealed in its entirety and replaced in its <br />entirety as follows: <br /> <br />Any violation of this chapter shall be subject to the enforcement procedures established in Everett <br />Municipal Code Chapter 1.20. <br /> <br />Section 11. Everett Municipal Code Section 8.22.050 is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> <br />Section 12. Everett Municipal Code Section 8.22.080 is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> <br />Section 13. Everett Municipal Code Section 8.22.090(A), is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />A. After notice has been given of the city’s intent to dispose of the vehicle and after the any applicable <br />appeal hearing has been held pursuant to Chapter 1.20 EMC, resulting in authority to remove, the vehicle <br />or part thereof shall be removed at the request of a law enforcement officer and disposed of to a licensed <br />motor vehicle wrecker or hulk hauler with notice to the Washington State Patrol and the Department that <br />the vehicle has been wrecked. Any vehicle or part thereof impounded pursuant to this chapter shall be <br />processed in the manner described in the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 14. Everett Municipal Code Section 8.36.030 shall be repealed in its entirety and replaced as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Any violation of this chapter shall be subject to the enforcement procedures established in Everett <br />Municipal Code Chapter 1.20. <br /> <br />Section 15. Everett Municipal Code Section 9.10.100 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />A. False Alarms. Civil penalties for false alarms may be assessed against violators for any false alarms <br />occurring in a twelve-month period as follows: <br /> <br />1. First false panic/duress/robbery/holdup/silent alarm: two hundred dollars; <br />
