2 <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />That same summer we had to call the Everett Police Department more than 30 times, due to loud music, their dog  <br />coming into our property and the fire pit being used to burn trash. The fire pit is less than 100 ft from my property. Just  <br />in the month of August 2019, We called  the police department 10 times. I also had to endure multiple insults every time  <br />I used the backyard.  <br />  <br />  <br />Eventually the young man left in 2020 and two other tenants showed up to the property with no issues to report. Then,  <br />in 2022 another tenant moved in and the problems started. We had called the police department at least five times this  <br />year because the tenant had been burning trash in the fire pit. We also called twice because the tenant was operating a  <br />gun range, which by the way took a letter to the City Council to have the Everett Police Department stop by and enforce  <br />the ordinance. We also called because of fireworks. Lately, the neighbor has been flying a drone around the property. I  <br />am not very sure if that is legal since we are very close to the Airport.   <br />
