September 14, 2022 <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> President Stonecipher read Council Bills 2207-35. The public hearing remained <br /> open from the September 7 meeting. <br /> Council Member Vogeli requested additional information on how to get a topic <br /> added to a Planning Commission agenda. Lori and Ramsey stated they would <br /> provide that information to Council. <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli,to close <br /> the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 2207-35 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Everett Municipal Code to bring it into <br /> conformity with recently enacted changes in state housing laws, <br /> amending Chapters 15.02 Land Use and Project Review Procedures, <br /> 19.04 Definitions, 19.05 Uses, 19.08 Residential Uses and Development <br /> Standards, 19.13 Specific Use Standards, and 19.34 Parking, Loading and <br /> Access Requirements EMC <br /> Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, that <br /> this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. 2207-35 <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final deposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Fosse, Rhyne, Schwab, Vogeli. Zarlingo, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> 5 <br />
