Services related to predesign, permitting, and design <br /> will be added by amendment upon completion of the alternatives comparison and <br /> selection of the preferred project. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> TASK 100 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> Perform the following project management tasks: <br /> 1. Coordinate overall project team activities and staffing. <br /> 2. Monitor schedule and budget, work elements accomplished, work items planned, <br /> and scope changes for communicating to the City Project Manager. <br /> 3. Submit monthly invoices accompanied by monthly progress reports. <br /> 4. Conduct a project kick-off meeting to discuss specific project work efforts, <br /> conduct a site visit, and gain initial input on concepts and ideas from City staff. <br /> 5. Conduct a monthly progress meeting (via teleconference) with City Project <br /> Manager to discuss project status and technical issues. <br /> 6. Conduct internal quality control review of work and submittals. <br /> Task 100 Assumptions: <br /> 1. Total project duration is 4 months. <br /> Task 100 Meetings: <br /> 1. Project Kick-Off Meeting. <br /> 2. Monthly Progress Meetings (via teleconference). <br /> Task 100 Deliverables: <br /> 1. Monthly Progress Reports with Invoice. <br /> 2. Kick-off meeting materials. <br /> TASK 200—COMPARE ALTERNATIVE CS CONVEYANCE OPTIONS <br /> Compare the project recommended in the CS Conveyance Study with an alternative <br /> project that conveys CS bypass flow to the location where flow passes from Aerated Cell <br /> 2 to the Oxidation Pond recirculation channel (Aerated Cell 2 option). <br /> Task 201 — Document Existing Aerated Cell 2 Conveyance System <br /> Document facilities, functions, operation, and controls for the conveyance system from <br /> Aerated Cell 2 to the Oxidation Pond recirculation channel and the recirculation channel <br /> pump station: <br /> 1. Review available process schematics, descriptions, and drawings. <br /> 2. Discuss system operation with appropriate City staff. <br /> 3.
