Conveyance piping and connections for stormwater separation from the existing CSO <br /> system (Basin LW-9) in from 52nd Street SE to Broadway Avenue/Lowell Road. <br /> 4. Disconnection of the storm conveyance pipe system from the combined sewer system at: <br /> a. 52nd Street SE and W View Drive <br /> b. Broadway Avenue and 58th Street SE <br /> c. 60th Street SE and Rockefeller Avenue <br /> 5. Conveyance pipe and connections from Lowell Avenue/Broadway Avenue to Lenora <br /> Street/3rd Avenue to the proposed stormwater treatment facility located at Lenora Street/1 st <br /> Avenue <br /> 6. Conveyance pipe from the stormwater treatment facility discharge, located north of Lenora <br /> Street, to the Lowell Riverfront Trail crossing. This section of the conveyance system has <br /> two crossings: <br /> a. WSDOT Interstate 5 (1-5) ROW in Lowell Road. <br /> b. BNSF railroad crossing <br /> 7. Conveyance pipe from the Lowell Riverfront Trail Crossing to a new system outfall to the <br /> Snohomish River(Task 600). <br /> Subtask 410 — Concept Design Kickoff and Information Request <br /> Objective <br /> The objective of this subtask is to formally kick off project conceptual design of the conveyance <br /> system, stormwater treatment facilities, and treated stormwater discharge with City staff and key <br /> team members and to highlight and request available information related to advancing the <br /> project conceptual design. The purpose of the meeting is to inform the Consultant's <br /> understanding of the existing drainage systems, hydraulic models, and other data needed to <br /> complete the concept design analyses under Task 400 and Task 500. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Prepare for and attend a meeting with City staff for up to two (2) hours to formerly kick off <br /> project conceptual design and discuss project priorities, schedule, and information available <br /> to be reviewed. The meeting will be conducted via MS Teams (or other web-based virtual <br /> platform), and up to five (5) consultant staff members will attend. <br /> 2. Request, highlight, and discuss available materials for review, including, but not limited to <br /> the following: <br /> a. Federal and State regulations <br /> b. City Municipal Code and Standards <br /> c. Storm and surface water policies <br /> d. Stormwater planning documents <br /> e. Engineering design standards <br /> f.
