Exhibit A
3. Preparation of the preliminary design specifications sections list for the stormwater system
will be developed under Task 420.
4. The 30% design estimate will be a Class 3 (-20% to +30% accuracy range) prepared per
AACE 18R-97.
5. Drawings will be to City of Everett standards.
6. The budget is based on production of the up to five (5) 30% design sheets:
a. Existing conditions outfall site plan (1 sheet)
b. Demolition plan (1 sheet)
c. Outfall site improvements overview plan (1 sheet)
d. Civil details (2 sheets) that includes:
i. Flow diffuser
ii. Flap gate details
7. The draft outfall Preliminary Engineering Design Report, design drawings, and estimate will
be incorporated into the Task 800 Basis of Design Report.
Deliverables
1.
