In-House Expenses: Vehicle Mileage Current Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) Black/white Photocopies (per copy) $0.05 to $0.09 Color Copies (per copy) $0.15 to $0.30 Direct Expenses: No markup on expenses. Other direct expenses (e.g., parking, mileage, etc.) will be billed at cost. Based on the hourly billing rates,and the previous scope of services, provided below is a summary of the estimated fees for the services discussed above Summary of Estimated Fees For the Connection Charge Study Total Labor Task 1- Project Management $2,290 Task 2—Data Collection and Review 1,350 Task 3- Initial Project Meeting 3,320 Task 4-Connection Charge Update 21,460 Task 5-Study Documentation 6,460 Grand Total Labor $34,880 Expenses Total Expenses (Printing, etc.) $65 Grand Total "Not to Exceed" Fees $34,945 The above fee estimate is based upon the scope of services previously developed. Should the City request any additional out of scope services under this contract, the out of scope services will be provided at the hourly billing rates stated above. HDR is willing to negotiate a final fee based on a final scope of services. Portions of this proposal can be expanded or reduced in conformance with scope adjustments and as mutually agreed upon in writing by the City and H DR. Proposed Method of Payment HDR is willing to enter a time and materials contract for this project through June 30, 2023.
