Section 22.Everett Municipal Code Chapter 13.16 is hereby amended to establish a new section 13.16.130 titled "Enforcement Procedure": Any violation of this chapter shall be subject to the enforcement procedures established in Everett Municipal Code Chapter 1.20. Section 23. Everett Municipal Code Section 13.28.230 is hereby repealed in its entirety and replaced as follows: Any violation of this chapter shall be subject to the enforcement procedures established in Everett Municipal Code Chapter 1.20. Section 24. Everett Municipal Code Chapter 13.30 is hereby amended to establish a new section 13.30.180 titled "Enforcement Procedure": Any violation of this chapter shall be subject to the enforcement procedures established in Everett Municipal Code Chapter 1.20. Section 25. Everett Municipal Code Section 13.32.040 is hereby amended to read as follows: All railroads, street railways, telegraph lines, telephone lines, electric light lines, radio receiving or transmitting antenna or other wires used for radio purposes, and all rails, ties, planks, posts, wires and other structures, apparatus and materials built, constructed or placed in any street or alley of the city in violation of Section 13.32.010 of this chapter shall be deemed public nuisances, and shall be enforced pursuant to Everett Municipal Code Chapter 1.20 abated with or without action, and other proceedings shall be taken thereon as arc authorized by law and the ordinances of the city for the prevention, Section 26.Everett Municipal Code Chapter 13.60 is hereby amended to establish a new section 13.60.020 titled "Enforcement Procedure": Any violation of this chapter shall be subject to the enforcement procedures established in Everett Municipal Code Chapter 1.20. Section 27.Everett Municipal Code Chapter 13.64 is hereby amended to establish a new section 13.64.030 titled "Enforcement Procedure": Any violation of this chapter shall be subject to the enforcement procedures established in Everett Municipal Code Chapter 1.20.
