Chapter 14.12 EMC, Cesspools, Septic Tanks, Etc. <br /> Chapter 14.16 EMC,Water Rates and Regulations <br /> Chapter 14.20 EMC,Water--Cross-Connections <br /> Chapter 14.28 EMC,Surface and Storm Drainage <br /> Chapter 14.56 EMC,Surface Water System <br /> Chapter 15.02 EMC, Land Use and Project Review Procedures <br /> Title 16 EMC, Buildings and Construction <br /> Title 17 EMC, Mobile Home Parks <br /> Title 19, Unified Development Code <br /> Chapter 20.08 EMC, Noise Control <br /> Shoreline Master Program <br /> C. Additionally, no person shall violate or fail to comply with any condition set forth in any city zoning <br /> concomitant agreement, any condition imposed by any development permit, or any condition <br /> imposed by the city's environmental policy adopted pursuant to Title 19 EMC, as hereinafter <br /> amended. In the event there is a violation or failure to comply with any of the above referenced <br /> documents,the procedure authorized in this chapter shall be the enforcement procedure utilized <br /> unless the city administration, upon the concurrence of the city attorney, files for injunctive or <br /> other civil relief in superior court. <br /> 1.20.030 Definitions. <br /> Except as otherwise provided in this section, all terms shall have the meaning as defined by those code <br /> provisions referenced in EMC 1.20.020, or in the absence of specific definition,terms shall be defined by <br /> their plain meaning. <br /> "City" means the City of Everett. <br /> "Code Enforcement Officer" shall mean that person responsible for the interpretation, enforcement or <br /> both interpretation and enforcement of this chapter, and shall include, but is not limited to,the Building <br /> Official, Fire Marshal, or Code Official or any designated agent thereof whom the Mayor gives authority <br /> to enforce the provisions referenced in this chapter. <br /> "Code" shall mean any EMC section referenced in EMC 1.20.020. <br /> "Day"or"days" means one or more calendar days, unless expressly stated otherwise in a given section or <br /> subsection. In addition, any portion of a 24-hour day shall constitute a full calendar day. <br /> "EMC"shall mean Everett Municipal Code. <br /> "Emergency" means an action that must be undertaken immediately or within a time frame too short to <br /> allow full compliance with this chapter, in order to avoid an immediate threat to public health or safety, <br />
