► • <br /> City of Everett Hold Harmless Agreement <br /> August 9, 2021 <br /> Tony Lee <br /> Building Official <br /> City of Everett Public Works <br /> 3200 Cedar Street <br /> Everett, WA 98201 <br /> Dear Mr. Lee: <br /> This letter is intended to formally request that William Langus be allowed to submit <br /> detached garage construction permit applications for a new 1,664 square feet detached <br /> garage building located at 2207 Gibson Place prior to Boundary Line Adjustment approval <br /> by the Planning Department and recording of the BLA map. <br /> We acknowledge to the City,that the property owner William Langus understands the risks <br /> associated with submitting the building permit application prior to recording of the BLA and <br /> further understands that submitting for a building permit does not vest the project or imply <br /> that land use approvals will be given or that recording will happen. <br /> Finally, William Langus agrees to hold the City of Everett harmless for the loss of paid <br /> application fees, design fees, and other fees that may be incurred if the BLA does not get <br /> recorded, or the BLA final review/recording timeframe creates a feasibility issue related to <br /> the project or requires additional design modifications subsequent to submittal of the <br /> building permit. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> William Langus/Owner <br /> Acceptance of Hold Harmless (to be signed by City) Date <br />
