ti • August 18,2014 Gibson Bluff I,&A Job No. 14-056 Page 2 PROJECT DESCRIPTION We understand that the project site will be platted into 7 single-family building lots, with a new residence constructed on each lot. The proposed residences are to be constructed on the gently sloped bench top portion of the site. The buildings are to be supported on perimeter concrete foundation walls and interior columns, beams and bearing walls. The lots will be accessed via a paved road entering the project site from its south side which is bounded by Gibson Place, Onsite disposal by infiltration of storm runoff collected over impervious surfaces is being considered for the proposed development. Gi+ading of the site would require minor cut and fill. SCOPE OF SERVICES Our scope of services for this study comprises specifically the following: - 1 Review the geologic and soil conditions at the project site based on a published geologic map. 2. Explore the subsurface conditions of the site with test borings drilled to a soil stratum capable of foundation bearing and stormwater disposal by infiltration. 3. Perform geotechnical analyses and provide geotechnical recommendations for the proposed development based on subsurface conditions encountered by the test borings and results of our geotechnical analyses. 4.
