This property is in the R-2 zone and the maximum lot coverage is 40%. The lot coverage <br /> breakdown indicates the footprint of the house and attached garage is 2,435sf and the lot <br /> size is 6,049sf. The site plan states this is 34.9% lot coverage, which is <br /> incorrect. 2,435sf/6,049sf=40.25%. Please revise the plans accordingly so that lot <br /> coverage does not exceed 40%. <br /> Response: The structural coverage table has been revised. The lot coverage breakdown <br /> with individual square footages has been provided on Site Plan Sheet. The lot coverage is <br /> 40% <br /> Note: the footprint of all structures with a solid roof(measured to the exterior walls, not the <br /> eaves) are counted as lot coverage. Please provide a lot coverage breakdown with the individual <br /> square foot es of the house/garage footprint, covered patio footprint, and covered front porch <br /> footprint. <br /> 3 Please provide the square footage/dimensions of the covered patio on the site plan. <br />
