I am the planner conducting the Planning intake review for this application.Please note the following comments <br /> are not a thorough plan check review and they only address larger zoning compliance points and the submittal <br /> checklist. Additional comments may be provided by the Building intake reviewer for your application; please utilize the <br /> Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of other reviewers. <br /> 1. On the site plan, please provide the following(see site plan example and checklist in attached document): <br /> a. Dimensions of lot(see attached original subdivision map for reference). <br /> b. Exterior building dimensions(including:house,attached garage,front porch). <br /> c. Please provide a north arrow. <br /> 2. Thank you for providing height calculations on the site plan. Please show the average base elevation on the <br /> elevation drawings and the overall height of the structure(measured from the average base elevation to the <br /> ridge). <br /> The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page.
