See the SWMMW for details.
OK we have added"Materials on hand"to Element 12, however no materials are usually
stored on-site on small projects such as this, so I do not think it really applies.
On the drainage plans:
• Don't include the SWPPP items, since this adds clutter and is confusing. —OK Removed
• Label catch basins per COE STD DWG and include those DWGs. For example, see 402
for Type 1.—OK CB Labeled as per Std DWG 402
• The driveway references COE STD DWG 315. Include this drawing as an attachment.
STD DWG 315 added to detail sheet
The stormwater site report MR 5 notes that several options are not feasible due to sleep
slopes. Please forward a copy of the Geotech report.- Geotech Report Attached
On the site plan(which I still have not received): Architect will send Site Plan with SSCO
• Add side sewer cleanout at property line—Added to Plan
Please contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.
Yours truly,
Benjamin P.
