August 3, 2022 <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall had no updates and there was no executive session. <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to <br />approve the following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7800 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in <br />the amount of $1,700,189.58 for the period of July 16, 2022, through July 22, <br />2022. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7801 authorizing payroll claims against the City of <br />Everett in the amount of $5,039,359.42 for the period ending July 16, 2022. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL/REQUEST FOR FINAL PROPOSAL – EVERETT <br />MUNICIPAL BUILDING – PUBLIC WORKS TENANT IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Final Proposal (RFFP) <br />for General Contractor/Construction Management (GC/CM) for the Everett <br />Municipal Building – Public Works Tenant Improvements Project. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – EDGEWATER CREEK BRIDGE REPLACEMENT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Supplemental Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Standard Consultant Agreement with TranTech Engineering, LLC., for <br />construction support services for the Edgewater Creek Bridge Replacement <br />Project for an additional $1,706,134. <br /> <br />JOB COMPLETE – 2021 WPCF TRICKLING FILTER MEDIA REPLACEMENT <br />PROJECT
