October 26, 2022 <br />3 <br /> <br />Everett in the amount of $4,555,889.32 for the period ending October 8, 2022. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT – SECURITY GUARD SERVICES <br /> <br />To award and authorize approximately $450,000 annually with Kaeka Group, <br />Inc.; Parker Corporate Services, Inc. dba Pacific Security; and Phoenix <br />Protective Corporation from Washington State Department of Enterprises <br />Contract #03818/COE #2019-102 for security guard services. <br /> <br />BID AWARD – MODULAR WETLAND SYSTEMS - LINEAR <br /> <br />To authorize the award of Invitation for Bid 2022-032 Modular <br />Wetland Systems – Linear to Ferguson Enterprises for $644,959.14, <br />which includes Washington State sales tax. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT – VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASES <br /> <br />To award and authorize 2022 vehicle and equipment replacement purchases <br />from the lowest-priced, best available source through competitively bid, <br />cooperative contracts. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT – WORKER’S COMPENSATION CLAIM <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Settlement Agreement and Release for <br />Robin J.
