ORDINANCE No. 30 40 AN ORDINANCTE providing for altering the boundaries and dividing existing election precincts for the City of Everett, establishing new election precincts and defining the boundaries thereof, repealing Ordinance No. 2565 of the City of Everett, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, and providing this Ordinance shall take effect on January 1st 1946 . THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the existing election precincts of the City of Lverett be , and the same are hereby altered,uivided and the boundaries thereof shall be as follows: Precinct No. 1: Bounded on the North by 39th Street and 39th Street produced West to West line of Section 30, Townshiy 29 North, Range 5 Last +. M. ; thence North to the Southwest corner of Government Lot 3 in said Section 30; thence Yest to the City Limits ; on the East by Grand Avenue to 47th Street; thence South thereof by the New Pacific Highway; on the South and Yest by the City Limits, less and except the Nest Half of Section 36 , Township 29 North, Range 4 East J. N. Precinct No. 1A: Precinct No. lA. shall consist of the rest Half of Section 36 , `10 nship 29 North, Range 4 East Precinct ho. 2: Bounded on the North by 34th Street and 34th Street produced West ; on the Last by Norton and Grand Avenues; on the South by 39th Street and 39th Street produced from Grand Avenue to the West line of Section 30 , Township 29 North, Range 5 East W. ; thence North to the Southwest corner of Government Lot 3 in said section 30 ; thence West to the City Limits; on the 'nest by the City Limits.
